Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship USPS standard ground, expedited, and overnight.

We ship international and international express (no overnight).

You will receive a shipping notice when your product leaves our fulfillment center.

We try to group products and send all at once to save on shipping time. Please give us 1-2 business days to process your order and allow for 3-5 days shipping to the continental US, 7-14 days shipping Internationally.

We are an eco-friendly company and always think about our environment when shipping out packages. The packaging peanuts we use are 100% biodegradable, water soluble, they do not pollute the groundwater, they decompose without leaving any residue and are not harmful to the environment. They are less invasive than brown paper or newspaper and since they are lighter it is more economical to ship and uses less fuel resources. 

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order to ensure seamless delivery.

Returns

We are able to accept returned items under these conditions.

  1. It has been less than 30 days since you received your product. (Must provide receipt)
  2. Product is in unopened, original condition.

If your product meets these conditions, you will be able to return your product for a full refund (minus a 15% restocking fee).

We are able to exchange for the same item if received defective or damaged.

Returns will be made to 18924 Northbrook Circle. Westfield, Indiana, 46074.

When our team receives your return request, we will email you with directions for returning. You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item. 

When we receive your item, you will be issued a refund. Expect the refund to show on your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Please do not ship any returns until you have confirmation from a HoneyColony hive member. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to receive any products that have not been properly returned.

Items such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines or other perishable goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items.

Please do not ship a returned item directly to the manufacturer.
